MegaBlast 2 Power Blaster £599.00
MegaBlast 2 Power Blaster
A Dryer is the most important purchase a groomer will make for their business. There are 3 types of dryer available: blasters, finishing dryers and combination dryer/blaster. For the start-up groomer, we recommend a combination machine, which will give you the best of both worlds, although most groomers find it more beneficial to have a blaster by the bath, keeping hair contained to the bathing area. For the established groomer, we would recommend a separate blaster and finishing dryer. Irrespective of which type of machine you go for, it is very important to have more than one dryer, in case one should breakdown. We have a wide range of dryers to suit every budget, as well as refurbished machines which are ideal as back ups.
There are 2 on/off switches which give a possibility of three different motor speed settings. The Mega Blast is for all those big dogs with that dreaded undercoat. This dryer also provides good heat for fluff drying after blasting.

This blaster is brilliant and well worth the money, you can use either the single or double motor which suits all breeds. I was worried it could be too noisy but it's much quieter even on full power than my previous single motor blaster. Very happy with it and it was delivered within a couple of days, thanks Christies.

Much quieter than our metro masterblaster. The useful nozzle attachments allow the blaster to be used on single motor setting resulting in a quieter environment for nervous dogs (or groomers!!). Pretty purple colour adds a bit of glitz to the parlour.
The optional hanging bracket is relatively expensive for a simple piece of bent metal.

Bought this for my small show kennel and I am so glad I did. It's extremely powerful and makes short work of double coated breeds. Would never want to use another make after this. To paraphrase 'Expensive - but worth it!'

Makes short work of a dense double coat, quieter than other blasters I've had.
