How do I add a promotional discount code to my order?

On the Basket Page, enter your voucher code (case sensitive) where you see the box below, to the left of the 'Proceed to Checkout' button.

Once you have entered your code click 'ADD' and your discount will come off your order.

How do I change the quantity of a product in my basket?

You can change the quantity of a item in you basket by changing the number of the item you wish to purchase under the 'Quantity' column at the basket page of the checkout. When you have entered the desired amount for each product, you must then click on the 'Update Quantity' button which is placed at the bottom left of the page. When the page reloads, the desired quantites of each product should be visible in your basket.

If you wish to empty all of the items in your basket you can click on 'Empty Basket' button and the very bottom left of the basket page.

How do I change my billing/delivery address details?

If you wish to pay for your order via credit/debit card, click the 'Proceed to Checkout' button on the basket page. You can then log into your account or checkout as a guest, on the next page you can then enter your billing/delivery information.

If you wish to checkout through PayPal, you can click 'Checkout with PayPal' you will then be re-directed to a PayPal page where you can log in to your PayPal account. Please be aware your delivery/billing address will be linked to your PayPal account. If you wish to change any of these details, you will have to log into your PayPal account and amend the details there before placing your order.

How much will shipping cost for my order and how long will it take for my order to reach me?

How can I track my order?

Can I get next day delivery?

In some cases this may be available through our telephone sales team only. Please call 028 276 66879 where a member of the team will be happy to look into this for you. Please note orders must be placed before 12pm to avail of this option.

Can I get Student Discount?

Yes! Students, get 10% discount for 6 months on all orders with Christies Direct, when you register on our Student Discount Scheme, through a Registered Dog Training School or College. To apply for student discount Click Here

How can I add my VAT number to my account?

If you have a valid VAT number, we can add this to your account manually so you are not charged VAT on any of your orders. Email: or Phone: +44 (0)28 2766 6879

Please inform us of you VAT number before placing your order, so you can recieve VAT exempt pricing

How can I reset my password?

If you have forgotten you password, you can reset your password by clicking 'Fogotten You Password?' when on the Login page. You should then receive an email with a new temporary password.

Please beaware if you have previously checked out as a guest for previous orders you will not have a password for your account. You can still create a full account under the same email address for your guest account.
