Emily is a Certified Master Groomer and member of the IGA with over 20 years’ experience in the industry. She is also a qualified veterinary nurse having worked in Veterinary Surgeries on the Gold Coast and in England, UK. She is the owner of numerous grooming salons across Australia and is also the principal of one of Australia’s largest grooming academies.
Emily is a multi-award-winning groomer, having won across all grooming competition categories. She was recently awarded the accreditation of World Judge under IGA and has judged competitions throughout Europe, Asia and Australia.
Emily has featured extensively in the media including Groomer to Groomer Magazine, Channel 7, Channel 9 and has featured in multiple Australian newspapers. She has shown poodles and Irish setters in conformation since 1986.
This seminar by Emily Myatt will demonstration poodle pet trim techniques while providing you with essential information on safe pet handling and restraint in the salon. She will also share advice on First Aid for the Pet Salon.
