It’s been some weeks now since the UK officially went into lockdown and we learned only today that the UK government believes it too early to ease these measures. We wanted to take a moment to reach out and thank you for your continued support, and for the many kind messages our team has received in the last few weeks.

We send out our deepest gratitude to all the key workers continuing to work in these complicated and stressful times.

As change comes our priorities remain the same – to ensure that business is carried out as safely as possible, for you, the customer, and for our team.

We have made a host of adjustments to our daily routines and practices, and we’ve managed to keep your orders moving with minimal delays so far, but we really do appreciate your patience when things don’t move along just as quickly as you’re used to.

With Mental Health Awareness Week in the third full week of May we had always planned to take some time to focus on your mental health, our mental health, and that of all our pets, but these strange times we are all enduring have made this all the more important. COVID-19: AN UPDATE

As communities around the world are trying to deal with the recent COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak we wanted to reach out and address the concerns and actions we are taking.

In light of the current global pandemic, and while we are learning about COVID-19 and trying to come to terms with it, we want to assure you that we are adapting quickly and are making the necessary adjustments to ensure business is carried out as safely as possible, for you, the customer, and for our team.

As of this current moment we are operating business as usual with orders being dispatched with the usual care, precision, and speed our customers rely on. We will continue to monitor and adhere to all recommendations issued by the UK Government and WHO, and will be sure to update you as any changes are made.

We take pride and care in everything we do here at Christies Direct, all staff are taking necessary precautions to combat the risks posed by COVID-19, such as social distancing and taking all appropriate hygiene measures, including (but not limited to) workplace deep cleaning, hand washing stations, sanitising stations and regular cleaning drills. These strict processes are most rigorously applied in our despatch areas to ensure your order arrives in the safest way.
