as a professional hairdresser and NOT a dog groomer i do groom my 3 year old c**kerpoo and 1 year old poochon myself (as i obviously can use clippers!) as a hairdresser wahl is the no.1 name in clippers BUT for dog grooming they are total rubbish! blades just don't last and fur gets caught in the dog grooming clippers. came across andis and OMG!! what fabulous clippers they are! dog hair just doesn't get caught in them as the blades are the length so don't need guards on as do the wahl. am absolutely gobsmacked at what a smooth and effortless cut they do and my fur babies look great!
I purchased this blade because I wanted to leave sufficient fur remaining to protect my pet from getting burned from the intense sun. I can now state I have a very well groomed, cooler and happy dog. The blade worked very well and very efficiently even when I got to the dense coat under-level of fur that my dog has. I had to slow down to get through the dense area but it still cut very well. A good blade to have available.
I have found Andis blades to be the best I have used. You can't beat the ceramic ones but these are an excellent budget alternative.
I've only used the blade once but it worked well, cut my rough haired mutt easily and a good length for his winter coat. Came fairly quickly.
Works really well on my cats long fur. he gets very matted and this does the trick. Very pleased
I was delighted with service , item I ordered , and the speed in which I received it !! Fantastic!!
A brilliant blade to use in reverse on a pet poodle coat.. leaves a lovely plush finish
An excellent addition to my Andis clippers. Leaves a nice hair length and a smooth finish. Very please with swift postage and packaging.
A great blade which leaves the hair smooth but still quite long.
i always keep a spare but havent needed to use it yet
