I’m getting my toy poodle used to this slowly, it’s silent but when grinding the nail is a bit scary for my poodle but that’s just because he isn’t used to it. It’s well made and feels like quality. I like it a lot

Purchased this to assist with nail grooming of a Black Labrador, its near impossible to see the quick and the safest way to trim the nails to prevent injury and stress is with this tool. It may seem expensive but I really can't fault it, powerful motor with excellent battery runtime, included guide for the awkward bits. I've tried other grinders and they all are terribly under powered, slowing down whilst grinding or just running out of juice before the job is done. I've used it three times now without having to recharge as yet. Only thing useful that could have been included is a carry pouch rather than unpacking on every use.

This is really a great bit of kit and I am looking forward to using it with the dogs that are wary about the standard clippers.

Delivery was efficient. Just started to use this, so can't really comment. Very quiet.

Okay to smooth rough edges but still need to cut nails first. Better suited for small/medium dogs. Quiet so dogs tolerate better. Good to introduce as a puppy or a quick trim on the older or nervy dog. Charge lasts a long time.

A great tool but you will need to train your customers to be patient as it takes a while to do
