I much, much prefer this clipper over the angora Red clippers for my sensitive angora rabbits. I shear nearly daily, and have yet to need to change my blade, after 2 years of ownership. Makes the job of shearing a pleasure.

Returned clipper as to noisy for my nervous dog. But must say very good customer service and quick delivery
Will be dealing with Christies Direct in the future

I love this clipper as it is far more robust than the Arco.I havent changed the blade yet and it is in daily use and have had no mechanical problems with it.

I bought this in May 2019. The build quality of the trimmer doesn't feel too bad but the charging base is another story. You have to get the trimmers just right in it for the contacts to meet and charge.
If left for anymore than 24 hours, the cutter and blade stick together (even when clean and oiled) and need to be pushed apart so they it will work again.
The battery life is dismal and it soon looses its edge. I had used it very little and the blade is already blunt, its just been sat on a drawer.. I wish, for the money I had bought something a little better quality.
I did query the quality with Christies earlier this year with regards to the blade sticking together but I was told 'well it says in the manual you need to push the blades to get it moving again'.
Do your research and get something better value for money.

Not as good as I thought it might be, although better in certain places than the Arco Moser (of which I have 3)
