Throughout the year we aim to attend as many events as possible across the world, as well as our own. We love to meet our customers face to face and provide you with the opportunity to come along and see what products
we have on offer. Back home in our Ballymoney showroom we often hold our CPD accredited GDPs, where customers have the opportunity to attend a structured and educational seminar with first-hand teaching from some of the most recognised groomers in
the industry! 2020 proved a difficult year for events, but our forward-thinking marketing team adapted to the 'new normal' and brought you our first ever webinar, allowing you to attend from anywhere in the world and expand upon your grooming
knowledge from the comfort of your own home!

We work closely with our brands to try and bring you opportunities throughout the year to win big by entering our competitions, often run through our Facebook page. Some of our customers last year were lucky
enough to win products such as a Heiniger Opal Clipper and a Lintbells product bundle! Make sure to keep an eye on our Facebook page for our next big giveaway.

We have been fortunate throughout our time to work with some of the top industry professionals, who still shop regularly with us, such as multiple award winning groomer, Amy Manser, 2 x UK Groomer of the Year UK
winner. In 2021, local award-winning groomer Michael Shiels became our Brand Ambassador helping to create content and educational material based on your grooming questions.

Behind the scenes, we spend quite some time throughout the year raising money for a range of charities to give back to the local community and further afield. In 2020 we baked, auctioned out talents and goods, created
a reverse advent calendar, and much, much more. We raised £240 in June for Alzheimer's Society, £2445.24 in October for MacMillan, in December donated to our local food bank, and raised £668 for Save the Children during Christmas
Jumper Day. We also took time this year to visit a volunteer group close to all our hearts, Almost Home NI, an animal welfare charity, to donate a selection of grooming products and help with their daily tasks.
