We believe that our products are of the highest standard possible for the price we charge, and we try to provide the best possible service to you.

Every product you buy from us is backed by our No Quibble Guarantee.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply call us within 14 working days of purchase, return the item unused and in it’s original

packaging and we will arrange for it’s replacement or refund (Excluding carriage charges).Customer confidence is priority at Christies Direct.

Card Payments

Exchange rates around the world do vary all the time so payments made to Christies Direct must always be in UK pounds (£) Sterling. We use the daily exchange rate as a price apprioximate to what your Payment provider will charge

Fast Efficient Delivery

Place your order before 12:00pm for guaranteed despatch that day (Mon-Friday), subject to payment and items being in stock. Delivery is free on web orders if the order value is over £150 to the UK. 

Conditions of Sale

We aim, through bulk buying and constant price monitoring to give you the most competitive prices.  Please let us know if you feel that this is not the case. Owing to supplier price increases and changes in currency exchange rates, we reserve the right to change prices at any time.

False Orders

All attempts to place false orders or attempts to deceive will be reported to the police.


Christies Direct accepts no liability for loss and/or damage to property or purely economic loss resulting from use of products sold. This does not affect your statutory rights where these may differ. As with all provisions in this document they are set out in accordance with the law of the United Kingdom and most particularly that of Northern Ireland.

If you are not satisfied with your goods for any reason, you should notify Christies Direct either by telephone or by e-mail within 7 working days of receiving the goods. Call our sales team for assistance with your return.

What information do we collect? How do we use it?

When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you of your order status. We also ask for your telephone number, which enables us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order. For some deliveries this number may be given to our couriers.

How does Christies Direct protect customer information?

When you place orders or access your account information, we make use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, to ensure compliance with the UK Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you.
