Christies Direct has specialist knowledge of your business. If you want friendly, impartial advice on what will suit your needs best, we are here to help.

No Quibble Guarantee

We believe that our products are of the highest standard possible for the price we charge, and we try to provide the best possible service to you.
Every product you buy from us is backed by our No Quibble Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply call us within 30 working days of purchase, return the item unused and in it’s original packaging and we will have this refunded for you (Excludes carriage charges).Customer confidence is priority at Christies Direct.

 

 

Card Payments

Exchange rates around the world do vary all the time so payments made to Christies Direct are always taken in UK pounds (£) Sterling. Other Currency shown on the website are approximates according to daily currency exchange rate. Banks and other Payment methods may use other exchange rates we always recommend checking with your bank / PayPal for their daily exchange rate.

Fast Efficient Delivery

Place your order before 12:00am and we will endeavour to have the goods dispatched from our warehouse on the same day. Delivery is free on all orders over £100 to the UK and Ireland.

Conditions of Sale

We aim, through bulk buying and constant price monitoring to give you the most competitive prices. Please let us know if you feel that this is not the case. Owing to supplier price increases and changes in currency exchange rates, we reserve the right to change prices at any time.

False Orders

All attempts to place false orders or attempts to deceive will be reported to the police.

Liability

Christies Direct accepts no liability for loss and/or damage to property or purely economic loss resulting from use of products sold or delays in delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights where these may differ. As with all provisions in this document they are set out in accordance with the law of the United Kingdom and most particularly that of Northern Ireland.

Our Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your goods for any reason, you should notify Christies Direct either by telephone or by e-mail within 30 working days of receiving the goods. Call our sales team for assistance with your return.

Warranties

All new professional dryers and blasters we sell are covered by our 12 month collect & return warranty*. UK and Ireland only (Postcode exclusions apply).

All new electric table motors and hydraulic table pumps are covered by our 12 month warranty*.

All new professional clippers are covered by our 12 month warranty*.

*All warranty repairs are subject to inspection. During warranty period an acceptable level of maintenance is expected. Normal wear and tear on certain parts are not covered under the manufacturers warranty. In cases of wear and tear or poor maintenance, the warranty will be void and the repair will be subject to a charge.

It is the senders’ responsibility to package these warranty repairs to ensure they are not damaged in transit. We advise you to return the Item in it’s original packaging. When sending back large items, which were delivered on a pallet, must be palletised prior to collection.

Refurbished items are subject to the warranty terms detailed in the product description at time of sale..

Furthermore, to ensure compliance with the UK Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you.
