Christies Direct is one of the leading suppliers in the UK & Ireland of animal grooming products and pet accessories. We aim to be the one stop shop for all your animal needs The company was established in 1992 and we now supply over 15,000 customers. At Christies we pride ourselves on our customer service and after- sales care with over 80% of our business coming from existing customers.

Please note we have our own on-site service department, which allows us to carry out all warranty repairs should your item require this. This ensures there are no long delays in returning your machine to you.

Please note that all dryers and large animal clippers we sell are covered by our 12 month collect & return warranty.

Deliveries

We endeavour to despatch all orders received before 12 mid day, on the day they are received (Excludes weekends). Our 17000 square foot warehouse ensures that in the vast majority of cases, the items you require will be in stock. If you wish to order by telephone then feel free to do so, our opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm where an experienced sales representative will deal with your enquiry.

Delivery prices are as shown and are subject to change without notice. In almost all cases, orders received before 12:00pm (Mon-Friday) are dispatched on the date of order, subject to payment and the items being in stock. Please note that once goods have left our warehouse, the responsibility for them passes onto the carrier. However, we constantly monitor our carrier's performance, so that you are assured of the best service at the most competitive rate.

Special note:

Please inform us, when ordering, if there will be no one available at your address to sign for goods when they arrive, as our courier will not deliver without a signature. If you miss the courier, a delivery card should be left for you to arrange a time and date for delivery.
